Michael Maddox

Michael Allen Maddox, Sr., 54 years old, of Columbus, MS., passed away on April 29, 2023. A celebration of his life will be held at Ethelsville Church of God, 3896 Co Rd 75, Ethelsville, AL 35461, on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 11:00 am.  Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

He was a loved husband, father, son, grandfather, and uncle. He worked hard at everything he did. He was the most loving person and always cheered for the underdog.

He left behind his wife, Daphne; eight children, Amanda, Amber, Michael, Daniel, Elijah, Ashley, Caleb, and Tannah; eleven grandchildren, Amelia, Lillian, Abbie, Jacen, Wyatt, Piper, Axton, Roman, Audrey, Jared, and Malachi; his mother, Matilda; and three brothers, Daniel, Charlie, and Johnny.
