ELIZABETH PROFFITT

Elizabeth Banks Proffitt age 80, died Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at her residence in Columbus. Memorial services will be held Saturday January 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Pauls’s Episcopal Church with Rev. Jason Shelby officiating; inurnment will follow at the church columbarium. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Memorial Gunter Peel 2 ^nd Ave N is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Proffitt was born on Monday, January 02, 1939 in Columbus, MS to the late John Campbell and Edna Christine McKellar Banks. She was a member of St. Paul’ Episcopal Church where she was a member of the Junior Daughters of the King, and a homemaker.
