Dale Beasley

DALE BEASLEY - Cecil Dale Beasley, age 75, of Columbus, MS, passed away March 22, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital.  A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.  Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

     Mr. Beasley was born October 24, 1950, in Columbus, MS, to the late Grover Cecil and Margie Kathryn Holley Beasley.  He was a graduate of S. D. Lee High School and East Mississippi Community College.  Mr. Beasley also received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and his masters degree from the University of Alabama.  He taught school in Huntsville, AL, before becoming principal and coach at Hamilton, MS, High School.  Mr. Beasley later retired from Weyerhaeuser Corporation.  Mr. Beasley was formerly married to Carole Beasley, and in addition to his parents, was preceded in death by his daughter, Anna Kathryn Beasley, and sister, Diane Smith.

    Additional survivors include his son, Holt Beasley and his wife Meagan of Fairhope, AL, brother, J. L. Beasley of Athens, AL, sister, Gloria Eubanks of Stephens, AR, grandchildren, Aidan Beasley and Brooks Beasley, and several nieces and nephews.
