After a long, beautiful and blessed life, Edward Uihlein Beneke Jr., known by everyone as “Buster”, peacefully passed away on November 22, 2024 at age 82. He born on June 2, 1942 to Edward Uihlein Beneke Sr. and Daphne Pency Lane Beneke in Columbus, Mississippi. They lived in Toronto, Canada, NYC, New York and Washington DC where he worked for Beneke Corporation International until 1970 when they moved home to Columbus, Mississippi to start their family. Buster and Lynda had two daughters, Tory and Bishop, who will always remember him as the best daddy in the world.
