Bobby Loftis

BOBBY LOFTIS - Robert Allan "Bobby" Loftis, age 69, of Caledonia, MS, passed away August 17, 2026, at his residence.  Funeral services will be Friday, August 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robby Bryant officiating.  Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory.  

     Mr. Loftis was born February 11, 1957, in Caledonia, MS, to the late Robert Lee and Bettye Browning Loftis.  He was a graduate of Caledonia High School and worked as a cattle farmer in his younger years and showed cattle with 4H.  Mr. Loftis worked as a truck driver for many years and was a lifelong member of the Caledonia United Methodist Church.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Loftis.

     Survivors include his daughters, Brandi Cox and her husband Will of Gadsden, AL, Tara Bryant and her husband Robby of Harrogate, TN, and Brooke Loftis of Amory, MS, sons, Cody Weaver of Guntersville, AL, and Josh Schmidt of Guntersville, AL, nephew, Clay Loftis and his wife Beth of WA, six grandchildren, numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
