BETTY GLENN - Betty Sue Roebuck Glenn, age 89, of Columbus, MS, passed away April 19, 2026 at The Arrington. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel. The interment will immediately follow at Shaeffer's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory.

Betty Sue was born February 28, 1937, in Webb, MS to the late John D. and Ruth Roebuck. She was a devoted family lady who treasured the people she loved. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, outgoing personality, kindness, laughter, and love for her family and friends. She loved her Shaeffer's Chapel family and her Friday shopping trips with her friend Dorothy. She was most proud of being mom to her sons Randy and Steve, to whom she was devoted.

She is survived by her son, Randy Luker (Julie); sisters, Jetty Walker, Donnis McGough, Alice Lindsey (James), Patsy Miller (Freddie), and Elain Touchet; brother, John Roebuck (Lisa); her very special friend, Dorothy Beason: her fur baby, Marty; granddaughters, Crystal and Stephanie Luker; great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert (Shorty) Glenn, son, Steven Eugene Luker, and sister, Anita Tarver.

Pallbearers will be Rick McGill, Nick Ardillo, Frank Wall, Dewayne McGough, Mark Bolin, and Jackie Triplett.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Rufus Beasou, the men of Shaeffer's Chapel Methodist Church, and Bill Cook.

The family wishes to express our gratitude to the nurses and staff at The Arrington, where she has resided for the past two years, for their love and care of Mrs. Betty. Also, to the Baptist Hospice for their support and care during this difficult time.
