Mrs. Lawson was born on September 15, 1906 in Brilliant, Alabama to the late Duke and Mary Jane Logan Allen. She was a member of Full Gospel House Prayer and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceeded in death by her husband Buster Lawson, 2 sons Lebron lawson and Otha J. Allen, her daughter Bessie Thashea, 3 sisters, and 1 brother.
