STINSON, JR., CHARLES "C.L." Age 65, of Woodstock, passed away February 7, 2011. He was a member of Grace Life Baptist Church and served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Survivors are his wife, Mary Todd Stinson; children, Shannon Stinson Frederick (Joel), Shawn Stinson (Kristi), and Leslie Stinson; grandchildren, Isaiah, Caris, and Elijah Frederick and Ethan and Gavin Stinson; mother, Gladys Stinson; sister, Pat Stinson Allen (Terry); brother, Mike Stinson (Leah); special brother-in-law, Lynn Todd; and a host of extended family and friends. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home, burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Columbus, MS, at 3:00 p.m. Visitation will be Thursday, February 10, 2011 from 5 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association .
