Amy Deloris Baswell age 51 died Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Services will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 2:00 PM at New Hope United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday January 23, 2012 at Gunter & Peel Funeral Home from 6:00 PM 8:00 PM. Amy was born on Wednesday, January 27, 1960 in Meridian, MS to the late Archie and Cornelia Ann Boone Charlton. She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. She was a wife, mother, and grandmother. Survivors include: Husband: Cliff Baswell of Columbus, MS One Son: Brian Baswell (Alana), Elgin, FL Three Daughters: Christy Peeks (Wayne Jr.), Columbus, MS Angela Templeton (Wesley), Columbus, MS Alisha Ferguson (Jon), Columbus, MS Three Sisters: Loretta Grace (Ricky), Gadsden, AL Debra Baswell, Columbus, MS Karen Bryan (Dave), Pearl Harbor, HI Her Grandchildren: Courtney Lauren Sarah Nicole Jordan Bradley Brianna Brian John Harbor Cheyanne Jazmine Pallbearers will be: Derrick Baswell, Charles Haas, Allen Haas, Trent Unruh, Sterling McCool, Matt Boone, and Scott Boone Honorary Pallbearers will be: John Ferguson, Wayne Peeks, Jr.,Wesley Templeton, and the Critical Care Staff at Baptist Memorial Golden Triangle.
