KEN SARTAIN Kenneth C. Sartain age 70, a retired CPA, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Ken was born and raised in Memphis, and earned Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Memphis. He spent many years as a Bible teacher and mentor at Trinity Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents W.D. and Mary Curtis Sartain. Survivors include: His wife of 49 years Nancy Vaughn Sartain, Byhalia, MS Sons: Jeromye Sartain (Carol), of Franklin, TN Eric Sartain (Brooke), of Charlottesville, VA Sisters: Nanette Tatum Karen Somerville Grandchildren: Zach, Abby, Ben, and Julianna " You have fought the good fight, you have finished the course, you have kept the faith," II Timothy 4:7 Services will be held Saturday, May 02, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church, 2101 Colonial Hills Drive Southaven, MS 38671, with Rev. Chad Everson officiating, a private family burial will follow. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until service time at the church. Memorial Funeral Home of Columbus is in charge of arrangements. Serving as pallbearers will be: Jerry Vaughn, Justin Vaughn, Lloyd Mitchell, John Conger, Billy Somerville, and Joe Dortch In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Trinity Baptist Church Mission Fund 2101 Colonial Hills Dr. Southaven MS 38671
