G.B. Shaw age 80, died Sunday, January 01, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital , Columbus . Services will be held Wednesday, January 04, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Ray, Rev. Chester Shaw, and Rev. Kenneth Henegar officiating, burial will follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbus . Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Shaw was born on Tuesday, May 05, 1936 in Millport , AL to the late Troy and Lou Ella Gardner Shaw. He was a member of the former Southside Baptist Church and a retired employee of Seminole Manufacturing.
