Jo-Ann Hemby Kidd, age 64 died Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be held Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Gunter Peel College St. with Pastor Mike Bonner officiating; burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday November 18, 2017 from 6 until 8 at Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home 903 College Street.

Jo-Ann was born on Saturday, July 04, 1953 in Florida to Vernon Hemby, Sr. and the late Betty Jean Shores Hemby. Jo-Ann was caregiver who always placed the cares of others before herself. Her family, especially her grandbabies were the light of her life.
